Production — stable, repeatable quality

LinoBed bedding is produced on modern flax-processing lines that ensure repeatable quality and parameters from batch to batch. The process includes cleaning, drying, dust reduction and fraction control.

  • Fraction length: 2–25 mm
  • Fiber content: < 5%
  • Humidity: 10% ± 2
  • Color: light grey, natural odor

Storage: dry, closed warehouse, away from open fire and strong heat sources. Recommended use within approx. 3 months from delivery.

Raw material — clean by nature

The flax used for LinoBed comes from clean Lithuanian fields, grown with attention to soil and environmental balance. Only flax shives and fibers are present in the finished bedding — no chemical additives are introduced during processing.

This results in a natural bedding that is comfortable for animals, easy to work with for staff, and can be returned to the environment after use (e.g. as composted material).

Packaging & Logistics

LinoBed is supplied as bagged, palletized product. The packaging is designed for transport stability, easy unloading and safe storage in the warehouse or on the farm.
